H&R Property Solutions is part of the H&R Group of Companies that was originally established by Leslie Hermans in 2002.  The company has a national footprint, with offices located in Cape Town and Durban. H&R has a highly experienced management team, who collectively has many years of retail and commercial property experience. Over the past 22 years, H&R has managed and developed real estate assets for a number of private equity investors, parastatals in the public sector, listed property funds and financial institutions such as the Public Investment Corporation (PIC), South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL), Western Cape Provincial Government, Pareto, Liberty Life, Sanlam, Momentum, Nedbank, Standard Bank, ABSA and Investec, as well as JSE listed property funds such as Vukile, Dipula and Investec Property Group. H&R has also managed SA property portfolios owned by international investors domiciled in Germany, China and more recently Switzerland.
