Leslie has more than 35 years' experience in the property sector and is a specialist in the areas of property asset management, property management, turnaround of under-performing property assets, commercial property finance, property valuation, corporate structuring of property investments and development facilitation to enhance value. Leslie is well experienced in the area of establishing clearly defined property investment strategies aimed at delivering sustainable total returns through earnings growth and capital appreciation. Value creation and capital growth is achieved through a process of rental enhancement and a proactive asset management approach, optimisation of the cost base of property portfolios, appropriate levels of gearing and pursuing of selective yield-enhancing acquisitions based on rigorous investment criteria. Leslie has managed property assets in excess of R50 billion in the retail, office, industrial and public sectors for various listed property funds, the largest financial institutions and pension funds in South Africa, various public entities, as well as both domestic and international private clients. Leslie has developed an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the property sector in South Africa and has established relationships with most of the key players and investment houses in South Africa.
Natalie Rodkin

Chief Financial Officer
Natalie has been with H&R for the past 19 years. Natalie oversees and leads the accounting and finance team, driving strategic initiatives and achieving business financial objectives. Natalie’s function in relation to H&R's property portfolios under management, inter alia includes developing financial policies and procedures, budgeting & forecasting, developing financial plans, cash flow management, cost control and optimisation, management of taxation and vat and financial reporting to clients.
Laren Beni

Chief Operations Officer
Laren has been with H&R Property Solutions for the past 15 years. Laren is a qualified architect by profession, project manager and development manager and has in excess of 35 years’ experience in the built environment spectrum. Laren leads the company's operations, which includes quality reporting to H&R's clients, optimizing portfolio performance, ensuring smooth operations of portfolios under management, maintaining strong tenant relations and maximum occupancy levels. Laren also leads various retail and commercial developments, re-developments and ongoing upgrades of properties to ensure properties remain in strong demand with maximum occupancy levels, and attractive in the marketplace, with the key objective of adding value to clients’ property portfolios. Laren is a seasoned development facilitator and has many successful developments under his belt. He also heads up the facilities management offering for the company to ensure that the properties under management are effectively maintained. Laren continues to contribute towards the growth of the company and plays a significant role in maintaining long standing business relationships with H&R clients.
Louis Hermans

Chief Information Officer
Louis has been with H&R for the past 13 years with over 30 years' experience in IT Development, Management and Support. Louis' primary responsibility is the integrating of H&R's IT Infrastructure and Data Sources. Louis plays a leading role in developing H&R Dynamics, an Asset Management Tool in the PropTech space pertinent to the property investment sector. H&R Dynamics is an advanced digitised real time tool, which integrates the spheres of Property Asset Management and Property Management into an Integrated Property Solution through real-time data warehousing of data sets from independent applications on which large property portfolios are dependent. Dashboards, analytics, insights, graphs and reporting can be customised to clients individual requirements. Louis is responsible for the project management of the Business Analysts and Software Engineers involved in the implementation of H&R's AI strategy.
